Roskam Floor Speech Against
Lobbyist Tuition Reimbursement

Congressman Roskam offered a motion that would have amended H.R. 2669 to provide that a borrower who is a full-time elected and paid public official, or
who is a paid registered lobbyist, would be ineligible for any of the loan
forgiveness programs included in the bill.
