Roskam Rises Up Against BP's Dumping in Lake Michigan

Congressman Peter J. Roskam (R-IL) partnered in introducing legislation to prevent British Petroleum from dumping an additional 1,584 pounds of ammonia and 4,925 pounds of total suspended solids daily into Lake Michigan.
